New Pokémon Pass app will get you free content for visiting Target

There is some good news for Pokémon Let’s Go fans. Starting this month (May) there is a new app available that checks in free Pokécontent in at participating locations. And that app is Pokémon Pass.

This Pokémon Pass app is already available now both on Android and iOS too. On May 11, when Pokémon game fans go to their local Target, they can use Pokémon Pass app to pick up a Shiny Eevee and Shiny Pikachu for Pokémon: Let’s Go, Pikachu or Pokémon: Let’s Go Eevee.

Also, Pokémon Pass app is free and what’s great is that it will automatically notify its users if there is a possibility to pick up some freebies when they are at a “designated retail location”. For this to work you will need the Pokémon Pass app and an account in Pokémon Trainer Club, that of course is also free.

What’s fun is that you can pick up these free prizes by scanning a QR code in store. There is a promise that in near future you will also be able to get video game content and “digital stickers and wallpapers”.

The specifications on the Shiny Pikachu or Eevee players can get:

Shiny Pikachu

Game: Pokémon: Let’s Go, Eevee!

Level: 10

Moves: Thunderbolt, Double Kick, Double Team, Thunder

Shiny Eevee

Game: Pokémon: Let’s Go, Pikachu!

Level: 10

Moves: Double-Edge, Iron Tail, Helping Hand, Facade

Also, it is worth to know that early birds who go to Target on May 11 between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. can get some free prizes for the upcoming Detective Pikachu movie, like a movie poster and Psyduck promo card for the Pokémon trading game.
