Astral Chain is an upcoming video game that is created by PlatinumGames and published by Nintendo and is an exclusive game for Nintendo Switch. This game is one of the many August game releases and will be released August 30 in North America as well as in Eurupe. As the date comes closer Nintendo and PlatinumGames have released a new official gallery of screenshots of Astral Chain.
Astral Chain: Chain Binding
Most of the screenshots focus on what makes this game unique the ability to play two characters at once. It focuses on the Legions, the alien that can be used with your character with this system “Dual Action”. There is this chain that connects your character and the Legion and this “Chain Binding” can be very useful when fighting against powerful enemies. With the chain you can choose to put your mind to fighting one enemy or you can fight with two different monsters at once.
Astral Chain: Five types of Legions
In these official screenshots players also get a look on all five types of Legions: Axe, Arm, Beast, Arrow and Sword. And the Legions are her not only to help you in a fight they can help you with investigations too, like for example help you track targets and solving puzzles.
Astral Chain: Level of difficulty
Though there were some screenshots that were shared only on Nintendo Japanese website. One of these screenshots shows a detailed customization system that lets you choose the levels of difficulty and learn to control the Astral Chain at your own pace. This puts to ease some players concerns on the difficulty of having to lead two characters at once. This system shows actions that are automated: auto recovery item, auto attack, auto lock-on, auto style, auto dodge, auto sync attack and so on and basically every move that you can do manually you can do as auto too. Here you can see infinite battery and super armor buffs too.
So, what this actually mean is that the player can play the game just to follow the interesting storyline and can easily make their way through all the action.
