ELEAGUE, one of the most well-known esports brands, and Nintendo, one of the biggest gaming brands in the world have announced that they will work together on broadcasting this years Nintendo World Championship on CBS. It seems that these two huge companies work well together. They have also worked together on running the 2018 Super Smash Bros. Invitational at Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3).
Though Nintendo and ELEAGUE have worked together in past this event is something way bigger because a major TV network CBS is also involved. This means that Nintendo World Championship 2019 will get way more exposure because everyone who has an over-the-air antenna will be able to follow this event. Also, it is a very big deal because this will be the first time ever that Nintendo World Championship will be broadcasted on TV network in the US.

However, while these are great news you should note that the broadcasting of Nintendo World Championship episodes will be off from primetime. The series will premiere on August 25 at 1 p.m. ET. And the future episodes will be broadcasted on September 7, 2 p.m. and September 14, 1:30 p.m.
