The results of Nihon Falcom first half of the current fiscal year have been announced and they are surprisingly better than expected.

Nihon Falcom starts their fiscal year on October 1st, so the first half of the fiscal year ended on March 31. In this table that you see below, you can see the number of sales, operating income, ordinary income, net income and the net income per sale. Unfortunately, the table is in Japanese, but here’s the translation. The first row shows the predictions that Nihon Falcom announced and the second row shows the actual results. The third-row shows the difference between the first and second rows. Forth row shows the difference between first and second rows in percentage and the fifth row shows the result of the same period in the last fiscal year.

Developer emphasises that these numbers are solid, the download sales are good on the PlayStation Network and there is a strong performance of PC ports in North America and Europe.

Right now videogame developer is working on Hajimari no Kiseki, the next game of the Legend of Heroes franchise. the game is set to be released in Japan on August 27th, 2020, western launch date has not been announced jet. In fact, it has not been announced if there will even be a western launch.
