Phantasy Star Online 2 is coming to Steam

An official Steam page is now open for Phantasy Star Online 2, Segas’s popular MMPRPG. Though it does not show an official release date jet, we are definitely moving in the right direction towards that.

Though this Steam page is not a very big surprise because the latest trailer that was released promised more PC platforms. Right now the game is available on Xbox One and Windows 10 via Windows store. Some time ago Xbox mentioned on record that the game will likely make it to other platforms too.

Also recently game developer Sega announced Phantasty Star Online 2: New Genesis. This will be like a new game that will operate in parallel with the original Phantasy Star Online 2. In the announcement of Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis it was said that the game would be released on the same platforms as Phantasy Star Online 2, so we can assume that it will be coming to Steam as well.

PSO2 players will be able to use the same account to log into both games. Also, PSO2 will have a visual upgrade to keep up with the graphics that New Genesis will have.
